Dr. Troxler is a licensed psychologist in North Carolina with nearly 15 years experience doing psychological assessment and testing. She has expertise in doing assessments in both inpatient and outpatient mental health/ substance abuse settings, including significant experience performing and supervising assessments for CABHAs and other mental health agencies.

Eric Brown has been in the human service field for nine years and has leadership experience in the coordination of various community health and welfare programs. He also has skills in the development and implementation of marketing plans for community services and fee-based offerings. He has managed staff in the coordination of services and day-to-day program operations in the mental health field, and has expert knowledge in the principles, methods and procedures for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of mental health dysfunctions, counseling and guidance.
